About the role

We are looking for a strong B2B Lead Generation / SDR Specialist who can own the outbound process from market research to a warmed-up sales call.

Our goal is to identify high-potential client segments, build qualified lead databases, run outbound campaigns, communicate with prospects, qualify business needs, and prepare leads for final founder-led sales calls.

This is not a passive research role and not a template-sending job. We need someone who can think commercially, test hypotheses, analyze results, and continuously improve the outbound strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Research target markets, industries, competitors, and potential client segments
  • Define and refine ICPs and buyer personas for different industries
  • Find and enrich decision-maker contacts
  • Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms, communities, and other relevant channels
  • Write and test outreach messages, follow-ups, and sequences
  • Communicate with cold leads and turn them into warm opportunities
  • Identify client pain points, business needs, and potential automation opportunities
  • Qualify leads before passing them to a final sales call
  • Prepare short lead briefs before each sales call
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot or a similar CRM
  • Track outreach metrics, prepare reports, and analyze campaign performance
  • Use AI tools to improve research, personalization, outreach, reporting, and workflow automation

Required experience

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, SDR, outbound sales, or business development
  • Experience generating leads for IT, SaaS, AI, automation, software development, or similar B2B services
  • Proven examples of outbound campaigns, qualified leads, or booked calls
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach
  • Experience with cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar
  • Understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and discovery preparation
  • Advanced English level: strong written and verbal communication is required

Nice to have

  • Experience with Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms, or other project platforms
  • Understanding of business operations, workflows, and operational pain points
  • Experience working with Western markets: US, UK, EU, Switzerland, Scandinavia

  • Remote
  • Part-time or full-time depending on the candidate

Main success metric

A consistent flow of qualified, warmed-up leads who have a real business need, match the target ICP, and are ready for a meaningful final sales call.
