We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Head of Sales (MilTech / Electronics) to lead the sales direction of our electronics line. You will become the first representative of the commercial department at this stage with the prospect of building and leading a full-fledged department.

Your key clients: Ministry of Defense, military brigades, volunteer funds, and the public sector.

Your tasks: 
-High-level negotiations: Conduct meetings at the ministry, headquarters, and fund levels. Interaction with decision-makers (LDP) and end users. 

-Contract work: Full cycle โ€” from preparation and approval of contracts (including legal aspects) to monitoring compliance with terms. 
-Field activity: Participation in specialized exhibitions, defense forums, and hackathons. Willingness to frequent business trips (Kyiv, training grounds, testing centers).
-Process building: Developing sales strategy, systematic CRM management (Pipedrive/Salesforce, etc.), and in the future โ€” hiring and managing a team. 
-Analytics: In-depth analysis of the MilTech market, client segmentation, and competitor monitoring. 
-Our expectations: Experience: At least 5 years in complex technology sales (Complex Tech Sales) with deal cases from โ‚ฌ1 million. 
-Management: At least 2 years of team management experience (or proven successful experience in independently building processes).
-Communication: Skills in public speaking and presenting technically complex products.
-Autonomy: High level of self-organization and ability to work in a "start-up" mode within a stable company.
-English language: Level B1+ / B2 (ability to correspond and discuss work issues with colleagues from Denmark).

Will be an advantage:

-Technical education or background in electronics/engineering.
-Experience in the MilTech market or with government procurement.
-MBA-level education.
