We’re looking for a sharp and driven Project Manager Tech to join our team!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Asset & Infrastructure Management: Provide teams with operational accounts (social networks/messengers), manage phone numbers (SMS activators), and ensure timely replacements.
  • Technical Administration: Department-level management of anti-detect browsers (licenses, profiles, proxies) and ManyChat platform logic.
  • Support & Onboarding: Technical support for the moderation team, including account farming, specialist onboarding, and creating troubleshooting instructions for blocks/verifications.
  • Bot Coordination: Act as a single point of contact for the development team to escalate and resolve issues with service Telegram bots (posting, contests, chats).
  • Security & Audits: Perform regular audits of service permissions (RBAC) and monitor software efficiency to optimize costs and prevent data leaks.

 

Requirements:

  • Expert level in workflow setup and linking tasks between teams.
  • Deep understanding of anti-detect browsers, proxy servers, and mechanisms for circumventing blocks.
  • Proficiency with Telegram API, including experience setting up bots via constructors or creating technical specifications (TS) for developers.
  • Hands-on experience with ManyChat (logic setup, linking assets, and payment management).
  • Experience managing large pools of accounts and SIM cards (both virtual and physical).

Will be plus

  • Experience with Jira transition and structuring team workflows within the platform.
  • Experience with Indigo anti-detect browser and managing centralized licenses.
  • Experience in scaling infrastructure for decentralized teams (16+ GEOs).
  • Background in account farming and creating onboarding instructions for moderation specialists.

Soft Skills

  • High Responsibility: Ability to take full ownership of task completion and technical incidents.
  • Ability to work in chaotic conditions, quickly master unfamiliar services, and deliver ready-made solutions rather than questions.
  • Critical Thinking: Proactive identification of "gaps" in process security or efficiency.

  • Task Management: Jira.
  • Browsers: Anti-detect browsers (e.g., Indigo, Multilogin).
  • Automation/Bots: ManyChat, Telegram API, and Bot Constructors.
  • Infrastructure: Proxy servers, VPN services, and SMS activators.
