Head of Marketing (gamedev)

We are an investment and production fund that acquires and scales games on the Roblox platform. We work with promising projects — improving gameplay, retention, marketing, and game economies — turning them into major titles within the platform.

We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing to take ownership of building the marketing engine for our game portfolio. Marketing on Roblox is a relatively uncharted territory — the role involves working with a team in a fast-testing mode, scaling successful hypotheses.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the marketing strategy for the game portfolio
• Building a system of growth hypotheses and marketing experiments
• Launching and testing acquisition channel hypotheses
• Growing and managing the marketing team
• Creating a growth playbook and best practices for portfolio games

What you'll actually be doing:

• Heavy content work — influencer marketing, content factories for TikTok and Shorts
• A lot of community management — engaging with live in-game audiences living in Discord servers
• Various cross-promotion activities
• Collabs and branding projects
• We have virtually no paid traffic, so if you're a genius at media buying — your talents will likely go unused here
• Managing our social media presence and online image (as a side task)

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• A no-life careerist, a geek, and big d energy
• Experience in game dev or mobile products
• Understanding of the growth approach
• Experience managing a marketing team
• Analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset
• C1 English

Nice to have

• Experience working with Roblox
• Experience with mobile F2P games
• Experience managing performance / UA marketing
• Experience with conversion-focused visuals (icons, creatives, store assets)
