IT Sales Manager

Soft Industry Alliance is looking for an IT Sales Manager who is eager to grow in IT Sales and work with the full sales cycle โ from lead generation and client communication to closing deals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales (B2B or IT Sales)
- Understanding of the sales process: lead generation โ discovery โ closing
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level for calls and written communication
- Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, or other lead generation tools
- Basic understanding of CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly
Responsibilities:
- Search and qualify potential clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
- Conduct initial communication and discovery calls
- Manage clients throughout all stages of the sales cycle
- Work with CRM systems and maintain the sales pipeline
- Prepare commercial proposals and follow-ups
- Participate in improving and optimizing sales processes
