Soft Industry Alliance is looking for an IT Sales Manager who is eager to grow in IT Sales and work with the full sales cycle โ€” from lead generation and client communication to closing deals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales (B2B or IT Sales)
  • Understanding of the sales process: lead generation โ†’ discovery โ†’ closing
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level for calls and written communication
  • Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, or other lead generation tools
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly

Responsibilities:

  • Search and qualify potential clients
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
  • Conduct initial communication and discovery calls
  • Manage clients throughout all stages of the sales cycle
  • Work with CRM systems and maintain the sales pipeline
  • Prepare commercial proposals and follow-ups
  • Participate in improving and optimizing sales processes
