Senior IT HR Recruiter
Adastra is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior IT HR Recruiter to support our growing technical hiring operations on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top technical talent for innovative clients across blockchain, Web3, AI, fintech, gaming, and software industries. This role is ideal for recruiters with strong IT hiring experience who are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment. We are seeking someone with strong experience in IT recruitment, stakeholder communication, candidate management, and end-to-end hiring processes for technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT-related positions
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, GitHub, and other recruiting channels
- Screen candidates for technical, communication, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
- Work closely with internal teams and partner clients to understand hiring requirements
- Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment data in ATS systems
- Prepare and share candidate summaries, interview feedback, and hiring updates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on current technology hiring trends, especially in Web3, blockchain, AI, and software engineering
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition
- Strong experience hiring software engineers, product managers, designers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, or related technical roles
- Experience working with staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or fast-paced hiring environments
- Good understanding of software development roles and modern technology stacks
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with ATS and recruitment management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for blockchain, Web3, AI, or fintech companies
- Experience working with international or remote hiring processes
- Understanding of Agile or startup hiring environments
