Head of Product Marketing iGaming Betting

Position: Head of Product Marketing (iGaming / Betting)

Our partner — a product company in the iGaming/Betting industry — is looking for a strong Head of Product Marketing who will be able to build the marketing function, connect product + marketing, and become a key driver of product growth.

We are looking not for an executor, but for someone who can create strategy, launch initiatives, and independently move marketing forward.

What’s important for this role:
• Strong product marketing experience specifically in iGaming / betting
• Deep understanding of betting audiences and event-driven marketing
• Hands-on experience launching and managing:
— campaigns around World Cups, tournaments, sports seasons, and major events
— affiliate / partner marketing activities
— user acquisition & brand visibility strategies

Experience working with channels such as:
• Social media
• Communities/public pages
• Streamers
• Influencers
• Media
• Review websites / affiliate platforms

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams:
• PR
• SMM
• Design
• Influencer Marketing

Key responsibility:
Build a systematic product marketing function within the company:
• develop the marketing strategy
• build the marketing calendar
• initiate and launch campaigns
• align product goals with marketing
• become the central point for growth initiatives

• Senior-level mindset

• Does not wait for tasks from above
• Able to propose mechanics, test hypotheses, and launch campaigns through the team
• Understands how to grow a product through marketing, not just “run promotions”

Conditions:
• Fixed salary: $6,000–$9,000
• Performance-based bonus
