Tellurion Mobile, a game development company for iOS/Android platforms, is looking for a responsible and motivated person to join our team as a Community Manager / Customer Support
Requirements:
- English proficiency (Intermediate level or higher);
- A creative mindset and willingness to contribute to the project.
Would be a plus:
- Passion for games (mobile or PC);
- Experience playing Minecraft.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring user comments and discussions, and preparing responses on behalf of the game development company;
- Creating and maintaining user documentation for games (response templates, guides, how-to materials, FAQs, user documentation, etc.);
- Providing customer support to users;
- Generating new ideas and solutions.
