Tellurion Mobile, a game development company for iOS/Android platforms, is looking for a responsible and motivated person to join our team as a Community Manager / Customer Support 

Requirements:

  • English proficiency (Intermediate level or higher);
  • A creative mindset and willingness to contribute to the project.

Would be a plus:

  • Passion for games (mobile or PC);
  • Experience playing Minecraft.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring user comments and discussions, and preparing responses on behalf of the game development company;
  • Creating and maintaining user documentation for games (response templates, guides, how-to materials, FAQs, user documentation, etc.);
  • Providing customer support to users;
  • Generating new ideas and solutions.
