Before anything else - this role is for genuinely outstanding people. The kind who have already proven, somewhere in their life, that they operate above the bar. For example:
 

• Winners or prize-holders of national/international Olympiads in Physics, Math, Informatics, Chemistry, etc.
• FLEX program alumni (or other selective international exchanges)
• Top of your class at UCU, LNU, KPI, KMA, or a comparable top university
• Top graduates of Physics-Math Lyceums and other selective schools
• Founders of something real - a startup, a community, a project that people actually used, even if it has failed eventually, but you've launched and got some early traction - we would love to hear from you. 
• Anyone with a verifiable record of being the sharpest person in the room

The job title is flexible - depending on your strengths and interests, you could grow into a Software Engineer, Data Analyst, AI Strategist, AI Product Owner, or another role we'll shape together.
 

What we're building
 

We're building a 100x company - and we need smart, ambitious people to build it with us. Our thesis is simple: AI is the biggest shift of our lifetime, and the people who learn to use it deeply will operate at 10x the speed and output of everyone else. If everyone in the company operates at 10x and the company is build around it - that's how we can achieve 100x company. We're putting that thesis into practice ourselves, and then helping our clients do the same through their AI transformation.
 

The deal

• You join us and spend your first phase learning - deeply - how to use AI to become 10x better at your craft - data analyst, software engineer, consultant etc. 
• You then work directly with our clients, helping them rethink and rebuild their workflows, products, and teams around AI
• You grow with the company as we scale toward a 100x outcome
   

What we're looking for

• Outstanding raw intelligence and curiosity (see the list above)
• Perfect level English - written and spoken
• A real track record of achievements, not just credentials
• Obsession with AI and a hunger to master it, even if you're not technical today
• Ownership mentality - you move fast, take initiative, and don't wait to be told what to do
