Sales / Business Development Manager (Fintech / Payments)

We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development Manager to join an international fintech team focused on payment solutions and B2B financial products.

The company develops and promotes several fintech products, including payment orchestration solutions, virtual card products, banking software, and other B2B payment tools. The team operates globally with a fully remote setup and an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop B2B sales in the fintech / payments industry
• Identify and attract new clients, merchants, and partners
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Participate in international conferences, exhibitions, and industry events
• Conduct negotiations with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Work with existing networks and expand industry connections
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to adapt solutions for clients
• Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
   

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales or business development within fintech, payments, PSP, acquiring, banking, or iGaming
• Strong understanding of the payment ecosystem, including processing, orchestration, issuing, acquiring, etc.
• Existing network within the fintech/payments industry is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent Russian language
• Good English level for international communication
• Experience working with international clients and partners
• Willingness to travel and attend conferences/events
• Strong networking abilities and proactive approach
• Presentable and confident communication style
