We’re hiring a Head of Product Marketing to lead and build our product marketing function from the ground up. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic marketer who knows how to turn complex AI technology into compelling business narratives for enterprise buyers.
You’ll own positioning, go-to-market strategy, launches, and sales enablement for an AI platform transforming how regulated industries operate. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling skills with deep experience marketing enterprise software or AI solutions.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop clear messaging, positioning, and category narratives for an enterprise AI platform
- Translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes that resonate with decision-makers
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies across product launches and lifecycle campaigns
- Lead launch planning, cross-functional coordination, and rollout execution
- Create high-quality sales enablement assets including presentations, battlecards, case studies, and one-pagers
- Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen positioning and influence product direction
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
Define success metrics and optimize GTM performance using customer and market feedback
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B product marketing within enterprise software or AI companies
- Experience working in startup or fast-growing environments, ideally as an early/founding marketing hire
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and regulated industries such as banking, insurance, or infrastructure
- Proven ability to lead product launches and build GTM strategies from scratch
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Experience developing sales enablement materials that support enterprise revenue teams
- Strong market research and competitive analysis capabilities
- Based in the United States

- Experience marketing AI automation or workflow products
- Background working with highly technical product teams
- Experience helping define a new market category or emerging technology narrative
