About the Role
BotsCrew is looking for an experienced Account Strategist to help grow and scale long-term client partnerships in 2026. Your core mission will be to work with enterprise and mid-market clients β primarily in the US β to identify, design, and implement high-impact AI solutions, and expand accounts through delivered value.
Youβll operate at the intersection of consulting, account management, and product thinking β leading discovery, shaping solutions, and guiding clients from first conversation to long-term growth. You wonβt just manage accounts β youβll actively influence their digital transformation journey.
Requirements
Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, consulting, business analysis, product ownership, or similar roles in tech/SaaS/digital transformation
- Proven experience managing client relationships across multiple stages β discovery, delivery, iteration, and growth
- Advanced English (C1+) β with strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong business and product thinking β ability to connect client goals to solution scope, priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
- Strong ownership mindset β comfortable leading both strategy and execution
- Relationship-driven approach with a focus on long-term partnerships
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or LLM-based products
- Background in enterprise sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales
- Familiarity with AI implementation methodologies or digital transformation frameworks
- Experience working with US-based clients or in international environments
Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & Discovery
- Work primarily with US and global clients β leading discovery sessions and solution design
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with client business goals
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, ROI-driven business value
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and data-driven recommendations
Account Growth & Expansion
- Own client relationships post-sale β ensuring continuity from discovery through delivery and growth
- Drive account expansion by identifying new opportunities based on delivered results and evolving client needs
- Plan future initiatives, budgets, and product roadmaps together with clients
Delivery & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineers to scope and deliver solutions
- Ensure smooth project kick-offs and stakeholder alignment throughout delivery
- Capture client feedback and contribute to improving existing solutions and shaping new offerings
