Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Middle/Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles across marketing, tech, and operations. You will partner directly with hiring managers and department leads to ensure fast and high-quality hiring processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of digital/tech talent markets, and can influence stakeholders while providing a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from intake meeting with hiring managers to offer acceptance.
  • Build strong pipelines for roles across Marketing, Tech (AI/Python/Infrastructure), and Operations.
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring priorities and workforce planning in Warsaw & across Europe.
  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
  • Own interview processes in PeopleForce (ATS), ensuring smooth candidate tracking and reporting.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Contribute to employer branding activities (job ads, social media posts, recruitment campaigns).
  • Mentor junior recruiters/recruitment interns when needed.
     

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in tech / digital marketing industries.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, networking).
  • Proven track record of hiring for senior/complex roles in international markets.
  • Good communication in English (B2+);
  • Knowledge of ATS systems (experience with PeopleForce is a big advantage).
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
