Lead generation manager

We’re looking for someone who not just “sends messages”, but understands how to build a structured lead generation process - from targeting to first calls.

You will be working closely with our team to test hypotheses, improve outreach, and generate real business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing
Managing LinkedIn outreach campaigns (including working with multiple accounts)
Using automation tools (e.g. LinkedIn Helper, Snov.io, etc.)
Building and optimizing outreach sequences
Writing personalized messages 
Researching and segmenting target audiences (ICP)
Running A/B tests on messaging and campaigns
Handling initial communication with leads
Conducting first qualification calls
Passing qualified leads to the sales team

✅ What we’re looking for
Experience in lead generation for IT / software services
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools
Strong understanding of outbound funnels and sequences
Ability to write clear, natural, and personalized messages
Experience with lead qualification and first calls
Analytical thinking (ability to test and improve campaigns)
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
