Casino Operations And Provider Manager (igaming)
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Casino Operations and Provider Manager Manager to become a key operational link between game providers, white-label partners, and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-moving nature of the iGaming industry, enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, and can keep platform operations running smoothly across providers, products, and clients.
You will work closely with providers, product, tech, game operations, BI, and B2C teams to ensure seamless daily operations, successful launches, and high-quality partner communication.
What You’ll Own
- Manage daily operational communication with casino game providers and white-label partners
- Coordinate provider activations, GEO/currency launches, integrations, and operational updates
- Monitor and follow up on technical and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed
- Collect and structure business requests from partners and translate them into clear tasks for internal teams
- Coordinate closely with Product, Tech, Game Operations, BI, Customer Support, and B2C teams
- Keep partners informed regarding releases, maintenance, downtimes, and platform updates
- Maintain operational documentation, provider information, and internal knowledge bases
- Support platform-wide operational communication and ensure stakeholders stay aligned
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working with casino game providers or iGaming platforms
- Strong understanding of platform-side operations
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience handling operational incidents and escalations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English + Russian/Ukrainian are mandatory
Nice to Have
- Experience with white-label casino platforms
- Understanding of provider integrations and API workflows
- Experience working with CMS/Back Office systems
- Understanding of BI/reporting processes
