Publisher Acquisition Manager

First Sport Group - we develop and manage sports online projects. We have strong experience working with high-load and complex products used in many countries worldwide.

We are looking for a Publisher Acquisition Manager who will help us grow our presence and performance in new markets.

Responsibilities:
— Research the market and find promising GEOs and partners using automation tools
— Communicate and negotiate with publishers, making beneficial deals based on company needs
— Analyze advertising campaign performance and optimize it
— Plan traffic purchases and participate in their implementation
— Help with ad code integrations and setup on websites
— Monitor traffic quality
— Achieve KPIs and business goals

Requirements::
— At least 1 year of experience in direct banner ad placements buying
— Experience with different traffic formats
— Understanding of CPM, CPC, and RevShare metrics
— Understanding of the global oRTB and Header Bidding market
— Understanding of ad code integration methods and opportunities
— Upper-Intermediate spoken English level
