🧲 Magnetics is a Ukrainian product marketing agency specialising in UX-UI, front-end, market research, product marketing, media advertising and affiliate marketing.
The company was founded in 2014.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and managing full-cycle recruitment processes for tech, digital marketing, and gray/complex niche roles.
• Developing and implementing advanced search strategies across multiple channels.
• Creating and maintaining scorecards for competency-based candidate assessment.
• Conducting high-volume candidate sourcing and selection (80% of time per month).
• Leading market salary analysis and other  analytics to ensure competitive remuneration packages and data-driven recruitment decisions.
• Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously (5+ per month) with autonomy and ownership.
• Partnering with managers to define role requirements, set recruitment priorities, and evaluate team needs.
• Evaluating candidates’ competencies and potential using structured assessments and scorecards.
• Utilizing advanced sourcing techniques including X-Ray search, Google search, LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, and other platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Recruiter in the fields of digital marketing or gray/complex niches.
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously with measurable results.
• Strong experience with competency-based assessments and candidate evaluation.
• Experience in analytics, market research, and data-driven recruitment decisions.
• Advanced sourcing skills across multiple channels and platforms.
• Strategic thinking, proactivity, and ability to work independently.
