Jira Implementation Lead (Health and Fitness application)

Fit4Me builds personalized Health & Fitness products for a global audience. We’re looking for a Jira Implementation Lead who will design and implement a unified Jira architecture across our departments - and then own it long-term.
This starts as a project: migrate from Asana, build the system, and onboard teams. Then it becomes an ongoing role: maintain, evolve, and support Jira as the operational backbone of the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a unified Jira architecture for Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and Payment functions.
  • Lead the full migration from Asana to Jira — templates, workflows, roles, access, process history.
  • Build task routing logic, cross-team handoffs, approval chains, and blocking rules.
  • Set up recurring templates, automations, notifications, and deadline logic.
  • Create management dashboards for team leads — statuses, blockers, priorities in one view.
  • Onboard teams into the new system and support their adaptation.
  • Build a scalable operating model ready for further department rollouts.

     

What we expect:

  • 3+ years designing process architecture in Jira.
  • Experience building workflows for non-tech teams (finance, ops, legal, or similar).
  • Strong Jira automations - you configure them, not just use them.
  • Experience migrating from Asana to Jira.
  • Hands-on experience with role schemes, access permissions, and cross-team handoff logic.
  • Ability to run requirements sessions with functional leads and translate them into system solutions.

     

Nice to have:

  • Experience with approval chains and escalation logic.
  • Atlassian ecosystem management at org level.
  • Experience onboarding external vendors into workflows.
