Head of Product (Fintech)

We are building a next-generation digital bank for the LATAM market and are looking for a Head of Product to lead product strategy, development, and scaling.

This role is ideal for a senior product leader with strong fintech expertise, operational understanding, and experience launching digital banking products in fast-paced environments.
 

About the Role
As a Head of Product, you will define the product vision and execution strategy, transforming a banking license into a modern digital financial ecosystem.

You will work closely with founders, engineering, compliance, operations, and business teams to launch and scale customer-centric banking solutions across LATAM.
 

Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall product vision and strategy
Build scalable product roadmaps and execution plans
Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, launch, and optimization
Develop and improve digital banking products, onboarding flows, payments, and card solutions
Optimize KYB/KYC, AML, antifraud, reconciliation, and settlement processes
Create PRDs, workflows, and user stories for cross-functional teams
Collaborate with engineering, compliance, operations, and design teams
Establish scalable product and operational processes
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
Adapt successful neobank and fintech practices to LATAM/Brazilian markets
Lead cross-functional international teams in fast-paced environments
 

Requirements
7+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial infrastructure
Proven experience launching and scaling digital banking or neobank products
Strong understanding of:
-digital banking operations
- payment systems and rails
- KYB/KYC/AML processes
- antifraud systems
- reconciliation and settlement flows
- banking infrastructure
- card issuing products
Experience managing cross-functional product and engineering teams
Strong stakeholder management and product documentation skills
Ability to work in high-growth environments
English level -Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+)

Experience with:

Experience with regulated financial products
Previous experience in LATAM or Brazilian markets
