Python Engineer (AI-first / Claude-driven development)

We’re looking for a Python Engineer with hands-on experience working with Claude / AI coding tools.

This is not a classic development role – our workflow is heavily AI-driven, and Claude is a core part of how we build.

We need someone who can review AI-generated code, guide technical decisions, optimize implementation approaches, and help keep development quality high while moving fast.

Must have:

– Strong Python development experience (4+ years minimum)
– Practical experience working with Claude / ChatGPT / AI coding tools
– Comfort reviewing and improving AI-generated code
– Strong architectural thinking
– Understanding of backend/system design principles
– Ability to move fast in ambiguous startup environment
– Good communication skills and collaborative mindset

Big plus

– Experience with optimization / forecasting / simulation systems
– Experience with SaaS product development
– Data-heavy systems experience
– Experience with energy / fintech / trading / analytics domains
– Familiarity with APIs, async processing, performance optimization
