We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Recruiter/HR Assistant who is ready to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment who wants to grow their career in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Candidates:

  • Use LinkedIn, Djinni, Upwork, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Apply Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

2. Candidate Screening:

  • Review resumes to assess basic qualification match.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to confirm availability, experience, and interest in the role.
  • Share candidate profiles with HR  for further evaluation.

3. Process Support:

  • Help coordinate interviews and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate data in the internal files.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and professional candidate communication.

4. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the CEO, Head of HR, and Head of Product Operations to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Draft, edit, and format internal documents, reports, and presentations upon request.
  • Perform various administrative and operational tasks to support daily business activities and ongoing projects.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment or sourcing (preferably in IT).
  • Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Djinni, and Upwork.
  • Basic understanding of tech and non-tech roles.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
  • Experience conducting screening interviews is a plus.
