Right now, we’re looking for a strong Lead Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager to join our growing team 

 About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced affiliate professional with deep expertise in Tier-1 GEOs and a strong network in the iGaming industry.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling affiliate partnerships, driving high-quality traffic, negotiating strategic deals, and contributing directly to the company’s growth strategy.

 Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and scale long-term affiliate partnerships
• Drive high-quality traffic and optimize partner performance based on KPIs (ROI, revenue, traffic quality)
• Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, budgets, and exclusive deals
• Work with Tier-1 GEOs as the main business direction
• Analyze traffic quality and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor affiliate performance and prepare strategic recommendations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and affiliates
• Attend international conferences and represent the company globally
• Collaborate closely with internal teams: product, payments, analytics, retention, and marketing

 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming
• Strong hands-on experience with Tier-1 GEOs is a MUST HAVE
• Candidate must be located abroad or have the ability to relocate/travel freely
• Strong understanding of traffic sources: SEO, PPC, FB, In-App, ASO, Email, UAC, etc.
• Proven experience in negotiating and managing large affiliate partnerships
• Analytical mindset with strong understanding of ROI, KPIs, and traffic quality metrics
• Experience with affiliate/analytics tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb, DeepCI, Humbl, etc.
• English — Upper Intermediate (B2+) or higher
• Confident user of Google Sheets / Excel / Jira
