Requirements:

Branding & Visual Identity:
— 4+ years of commercial experience in brand design / visual identity within crypto, gambling, agencies, in-house teams, or IT companies
— Experience creating and maintaining brand books and visual guidelines
— Strong understanding of branding principles and how design decisions impact brand perception
— Ability to create key visuals, campaign concepts, and moodboards for advertising campaigns and partnerships
— Ability to scale one visual idea across multiple touchpoints including product, media, promo, and marketing materials while maintaining consistency
— Ability to confidently present and explain design decisions

Design Skills & Tools:
— Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
— Confident user of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma
— Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for creating visually clean and consistent product graphics
— Ability to quickly switch between projects and deliver fast, effective design solutions
— Strong communication skills and ability to explain ideas clearly
— Strong analytical and research skills with a systematic approach to idea generation and creative problem-solving

AI Skills (Required):
— Experience working with AI tools such as Nanobanana, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Freepik ecosystem, and similar platforms
— Understanding of how prompts influence final visual results
— Ability to iterate and optimize prompts to achieve high-quality outputs
— Understanding of AI-assisted creative workflows and integration into modern design pipelines

Responsibilities:

Branding & Marketing Design:
— Creating and scaling key visuals across multiple formats and platforms
— Developing brand guidelines and supporting brand book updates
— Adapting brand guidelines for local market-specific solutions
— Designing advertising creatives and social media materials
— Creating graphics for product interfaces and promo landing pages

Print & Offline Materials:
— Creating print materials for conferences including stands, booklets, stickers, and other offline assets
— Designing branded merchandise
— Supporting partnership and event-related branding materials

Creative Support & Production:
— Creating B2B presentations
— Developing storyboards and styleframes for motion videos
— Collaborating with marketing, motion, and product teams on campaign visuals
— Supporting AI-assisted creative workflows in daily production processes
— Email design (optional)

Would be a plus:

— Experience working with sports partnerships
— Experience in the crypto niche
— Basic Blender knowledge and 3D workflow understanding
— 3–5 well-presented case studies showing the logic behind your design decisions
— Previous experience working in marketing or branding agencies
