As we are launching a brand-new SEO department from scratch, we are looking for a systematic Linkbuilder / Outreach Specialistto take full ownership of our websites' backlink profile development.

You will work hand in hand with our SEO Team Lead. We offer complete tactical freedom, provide all the necessary SEO tools, and allocate solid, bureaucracy-free link-building budgets.

What You Will Do:

• Prospect and analyze high-quality donor websites.
• Run full-cycle cold email outreach campaigns with webmasters and bloggers: from the initial pitch to price negotiation and content placement control.
• Quality control and monitoring of live backlinks (indexing checks, anchor compliance, ensuring no unauthorized nofollow/removal actions).
• Manage relationships with link-building agencies, crowd marketing providers, and directories.

• Maintain clear reporting on budget spend vs acquired backlink metrics.

   

What We Look For in a Candidate:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Link Builder / Outreach Specialist (preferably targeting international markets).
• Core proficiency with SEO analytical software.
• Strong negotiation skills in English (written B1-B2 level or higher) — the ability to bargain for discounts and optimal placement conditions.
• Solid understanding of backlink health: ability to distinguish a high-authority site from a "link farm" (checking traffic dynamics, spam scores, and outbound link ratios).
• Exceptional organizational skills: comfort handling large datasets and executing high-volume email workflows systematically.
