Partner Support Specialist (OnlyFans / Affiliate Ecosystem)

We are looking for a Partner Support Specialist to join an international team operating within the OnlyFans / affiliate ecosystem.

This role combines support, operations, partner communication, and affiliate-related processes. The main focus is supporting account management workflows, onboarding partners, coordinating operational tasks, and building long-term relationships with creators, models, and partners.
 

Responsibilities

— Support account managers and help optimize daily operations
— Communicate with creators, models, and partners
— Onboard new partners and provide ongoing support
— Work with affiliate / traffic-related processes
— Coordinate operational and support tasks
— Assist with retention and long-term partner development
— Help improve internal workflows and processes
— Collaborate closely with traffic and affiliate teams
— Monitor communication quality and support processes
— Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

— Experience in support / customer success / operations
— Experience in OnlyFans / affiliate / creator economy is a strong plus
— Understanding of affiliate ecosystem and traffic workflows
— Experience working with creators/models/partners is preferred
— Basic understanding of online marketing and monetization processes
— Experience with American clients or international teams is a plus
— Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
— Strong communication skills
— Proactive and self-driven personality
— Team Lead / mentoring experience is a plus
