We’re looking for a sharp and driven Sales Manager to join our team!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and acquiring new corporate clients through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads;
  • Conducting needs analysis to understand client requirements and offer relevant travel solutions;
  • Delivering service presentations and product demos, with a focus on value and benefits;
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and handover to the operations team;
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients;
  • Collecting client feedback and sharing it with the product/operations team to improve the service.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in the travel industry, tourism, MICE, or consulting);
  • Proven experience working with corporate clients, including the ability to identify business needs and present relevant solutions;
  • Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing and post-sale support;
  • Strong negotiation skills with key decision-makers (HR, Office Managers, Executive Assistants, Procurement, CEOs, etc.).

Will be plus

  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher) is required for communication with international clients;
  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Czech, German, Polish) is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Strong skills in product presentation, objection handling, and building trusted relationships;
  • Flexibility, persistence, and a strong results-oriented mindset.

  • Productivity tools: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office
  • Communication tools: Slack, Zoom, Google Meet
  • Sales tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io (optional, depending on outreach strategy)
  • Project management: Trello, Asana, Notion (optional)
