Weβre looking for a sharp and driven Sales Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and acquiring new corporate clients through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads;
- Conducting needs analysis to understand client requirements and offer relevant travel solutions;
- Delivering service presentations and product demos, with a focus on value and benefits;
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and handover to the operations team;
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients;
- Collecting client feedback and sharing it with the product/operations team to improve the service.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in the travel industry, tourism, MICE, or consulting);
- Proven experience working with corporate clients, including the ability to identify business needs and present relevant solutions;
- Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing and post-sale support;
- Strong negotiation skills with key decision-makers (HR, Office Managers, Executive Assistants, Procurement, CEOs, etc.).
Will be plus
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher) is required for communication with international clients;
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Czech, German, Polish) is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Strong skills in product presentation, objection handling, and building trusted relationships;
- Flexibility, persistence, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
