Junior Python Developer (with Angular)

We are looking for a promising Python Developer (with basic Angular) to join our tech team. At GYBS, we build smart tech solutions that support our global operations. REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1+ year of commercial experience with Python 3;
• Solid understanding and practical experience with FastAPI;
• Experience integrating external APIs and services (REST APIs, WebSockets);
• Experience writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts;
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL (SQLAlchemy) and Redis (caching, queues);
• Familiarity with MongoDB and NoSQL concepts;
• Confidence working in Linux environments and proficiency with Git;
• English level: Intermediate or higher (sufficient for technical documentation and team chats);
• Basic knowledge of Angular (ready to dive deeper into full-stack tasks).
   

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI);
• Integrate and support external APIs and third-party services;
• Take ownership of your code - design, optimize, and troubleshoot database solutions (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) from start to finish;
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and operational tasks;
• Work in close teamwork with other developers to deliver complete end-to-end features;
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality, performance, and maintainability;
• Demonstrate adaptability - be ready to switch between backend tasks, basic frontend updates in Angular, and infrastructure tweaks in a dynamic environment.
   

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Good communication skills. Yes, we value clean code, but we appreciate it even more when you can clearly explain your ideas or discuss a solution out loud  😉
