Senior Backend Engineer (RGS/RNG Platform)

Spinocchio Studio is an iGaming game studio registered and licensed in Romania, with a fully remote Ukrainian engineering team. We design, build and operate our own RGS (Remote Gaming Server) platform that powers a portfolio of casino games — handling game sessions, math/RNG, bets, payouts, regulatory reporting, and integrations with operators.

This is a long-term, full-time role. We're not staffing up for a single project — we're growing the team that owns and evolves our core platform for the next several years.

What you'll be doing

• Own backend services on the RGS platform end-to-end: game session lifecycle, wallet integrations, math engines, regulatory reporting
• Design and ship features from spec to production
• Work directly with our CTO and a small, senior engineering team
• Shape architecture decisions as we scale to new markets and operators
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve our engineering process

Our stack

• C# / .NET 8, ASP.NET Core

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of commercial .NET development
• Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, EF Core, PostgreSQL or MSSQL
• Solid understanding of async, concurrency, and distributed systems
• Experience with microservices and message-driven architectures
• English B1+ (working language is English in writing; team speaks Russian)
• iGaming / RGS / regulated-industry experience — strong plus, not a requirement
