Biz Dev/Events Manager

We are looking for a Biz Dev/Events Manager with hands-on experience in organizing conferences, summits, investor events, side events, or private networking formats.

This role combines event operations, partnership development, and relationship management within the institutional crypto, investment, and capital markets space.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable working long hours when needed, and passionate about networking, business development, and international events.
 

Key Responsibilities

-  Support the organization and execution of international events, summits, and networking experiences,

- Coordinate logistics and operations before, during, and after events,

- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, investors, speakers, and attendees,

-  Attend international conferences and represent the company professionally,

-  Identify and onboard potential sponsors, strategic partners, and business opportunities,

- Assist with speaker outreach and VIP relationship management,

- Coordinate meetings and networking opportunities during conferences

- Work closely with the leadership team on business development initiatives,

- Travel frequently to global events and conferences

Key requirements:
 

• Proven experience organizing events, conferences, summits, or private business gatherings.
• Has personally attended a dozen of relevant events and understands how networking actually works.
• Strong existing contact base in the events / investor conference ecosystem.
• Able to help Gamma Prime access the right events, side events, speakers, partners, and attendees faster.
• Based in Eastern Europe, Baltics, Poland, or similar European region.
• Ideally has a passport/visa situation that allows easy travel to the US and major European events.
• Comfortable working long, intense days — around 10–12 hours/day when needed.
• Highly consistent, reliable, and execution-driven.
