Requirements:

• Previous experience technicaly leadings teams.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science;
• 4+ years of commercial experience with Python;
• People management skills;
• Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures;
• Solid knowledge of Machine Learning and Data Science methodologies;
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and LangChain;
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows;
• Understanding of multithreading and multiprocessing approaches;
 

Nice to have:

• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake;

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable DS architectures;
• Lead AI and Data Science projects end-to-end;
• Develop maintainable, production-ready solutions;
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy;
• Drive R&D initiatives and evaluate emerging AI technologies;
• Maintain high engineering and coding standards.
