Project Manager – Blockchain Gaming Platform

Adastra is hiring an experienced Project Manager on behalf of our partner client, a leading blockchain infrastructure company building next-generation Web3 gaming platforms and ecosystems.

We are looking for a highly organized and technically strong Project Manager with 9+ years of software industry experience who can coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, manage product delivery, and help scale innovative blockchain gaming initiatives. Prior blockchain experience is a plus, but strong software project management experience is the priority.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects for Web3 gaming products and platform infrastructure
Coordinate across engineering, product, design, QA, and external stakeholders
Drive sprint planning, roadmap execution, release management, and delivery timelines
Track project risks, dependencies, and milestones while ensuring clear communication across teams
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and improve delivery processes
Work closely with technical leadership to align business objectives with engineering execution
Manage documentation, reporting, and project status updates for internal and client stakeholders
Support distributed and remote engineering teams across multiple time zones

Requirements
9+ years of experience in software project management, technical program management, or related roles
Strong background managing complex software development projects
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with engineering and technical teams
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)

Nice to Have
Experience in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 environments
Understanding of gaming platforms, multiplayer systems, or live-service products
Experience working with distributed systems or cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with smart contracts, wallets, or decentralized applications (dApps)
