The Opportunity
We're seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our sales pipeline with high-quality prospect intelligence. In this essential role, you'll build the foundation for our sales and outreach campaigns by identifying and researching qualified prospects across software companies, enterprises, and high-growth startups. You will also work with setting up campaigns using automation tools and tracking and monitoring them for results.
what you'll own:
research and build prospect lists
identify buying signals
compile event-based lead lists (conferences, meetups, summits)
verify and clean contact data before it goes into any campaign
maintain CRM hygiene and list segmentation
set up and monitor LinkedIn and email automation campaigns
Familiar with popular research and automation tools
Can create high converting sequences
track performance metrics and flag what needs to change
manual research and cold calls to leads with high buying intent
Meet KPI metrics in terms of qualified meetings
what we're looking for
experience in B2B lead generation, ideally in tech services, staffing, or SaaS
you know the difference between a qualified lead and a contact who happens to exist
strong with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and similar tools
comfortable running email and LinkedIn automation, ideally owning a couple of accounts
you understand the importance of data quality
self-directed and comfortable working remotely without daily hand-holding
nice to have
you've worked in or around outstaffing, staff augmentation, or engineering recruiting
you've built lists from scratch using trigger-based signals, not just job titles
familiarity with target personas: CTOs, VPs Eng, technical Founders
