We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Manager (PSP) to join our professional team.

 

Requirements:

  • Work schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Experience working with API documentation, API integrations, and log analysis is a must
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support within fintech, banking, or financial services is a must
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in creating, managing, and processing support tickets efficiently
  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations in a high-workload environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English level: Upper Intermediate or higher
  • Technical education will be an advantage

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support merchants by providing timely updates on the status of their payment channels
  • Analyze integration-related issues and help identify effective solutions
  • Assist merchants with the admin panel and its functionality
  • Respond promptly to incoming messages and escalate issues when required
  • Monitor ticket statuses and ensure merchants receive timely feedback
