Senior AQA Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior AQA Engineer.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain automated tests using WebdriverIO (WDIO)

- Work with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar

- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Use AI-powered testing tools and AI-assisted development tools for test creation and maintenance

- Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams

- Document test strategies, defects, and testing results

- Mentor junior engineers and help maintain quality standards

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Automation QA

- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript as the primary scripting language

- Working knowledge of Python or Java is a strong plus

- Deep hands-on expertise with WebdriverIO (WDIO)

- Experience with additional automation frameworks such as Cypress, Appium, Playwright, or similar

- Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar

- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Strong knowledge of Git

- Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, performance, API, e2e)

- Experience with AI-powered testing tools and AI-assisted development tools

- Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with performance/load testing tools (Locust, JMeter, k6, Gatling)

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Experience testing AI/ML-based applications

- ISTQB or similar QA certification

- Familiarity with security testing fundamentals

- Experience with Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Charles Proxy, or Fiddler
