DevOps/SRE Support Engineer (On-Call 24/7)

At ZentixSoft, we follow the "People over processes" principle. We are expanding our cloud infrastructure and technical operations direction for our international partners and are looking for a reliable engineer with an SRE mindset who excels at logs debugging and live incident response.
 

Note: This is a Part-Time Outstaffing role designed as a secondary stream of income, but it strictly requires you to be on-call 24/7 to respond immediately to critical infrastructure alerts and production incidents.
 

The Role: You will bridge the gap between application support and infrastructure delivery. Your primary focus will be on incident response, monitoring service health, identifying pipeline failures, and resolving production issues across AWS and Kubernetes environments. We value engineers who bring a strong ownership mindset and proactively handle emergency rollbacks and debugging under tight SLA constraints.
 

Our Expectations: 
🔹 AWS & K8s Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with AWS (CloudFront, ALB, SQS, S3) and EKS/Kubernetes is a must. 
🔹 CI/CD & GitOps: Strong practical knowledge of ArgoCD, Terraform, and GitHub Actions. 
🔹 Data & Containers: Solid experience with Docker, MongoDB Atlas, and Redis. 
🔹 Operations & SRE: Exceptional skills in log analysis, system debugging, and live production incident response. 
🔹 Availability: Complete readiness to be reachable and react to critical infrastructure alerts 24/7. 
🔹 Communication: English level B2+ (upper-intermediate) for clear escalation flows and syncing with global stakeholders. 

🔹 Nice to have: Experience with AWS WAF and Microsoft Entra ID.
