EverREST is looking for a Sales Manager / Upwork Sales Manager who will take ownership of the full sales cycle with a strong focus on client acquisition through Upwork: from finding relevant projects and writing personalized proposals to conducting calls, preparing commercial offers, and closing deals.

We are looking for someone with a strong B2B sales mindset, excellent written and spoken English, and proven experience winning projects on Upwork. The right person should be proactive, structured, able to understand client needs, communicate value clearly, and turn opportunities into signed contracts.

Experience in IT services, SaaS, Salesforce, CRM, software consulting, outsourcing, or other complex B2B services would be highly relevant.

Mission

Build a predictable and effective Upwork sales process that consistently brings qualified opportunities, converts them into clients, and supports EverREST’s growth in the Salesforce consulting market.

Key outcomes for the first 6 months

Within the first 6 months, this person should:

  • build a structured Upwork sales process with clear stages, tracking, and reporting;
  • identify and validate the most relevant project types, client profiles, and proposal approaches;
  • create and improve personalized proposal templates for Salesforce / CRM consulting services;
  • increase conversion from proposals to replies, calls, and closed deals;
  • build a clear sales pipeline in CRM with full visibility into opportunities, deal stages, and next steps;
  • create a repeatable process for working with technical specialists and the CEO on project estimation and deal strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Search for relevant projects on Upwork and analyze client needs.
  • Prepare personalized and persuasive proposals that stand out.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal.
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Communicate the value of Salesforce CRM consulting services to clients.
  • Maintain CRM and accurately track communication, opportunities, and deal stages.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to estimate project scope and feasibility.
  • Work closely with the CEO to align sales strategy and deal approach.
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell or repeat cooperation opportunities.
  • Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements to the Upwork sales process.

Must-have

  • Proven successful experience in sales through Upwork.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, consulting, outsourcing, or other B2B services.
  • Strong written and spoken English - Advanced / Fluent.
  • Experience writing personalized Upwork proposals.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Understanding of CRM and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
  • Strong self-organization, ownership, and proactivity.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience selling Salesforce, CRM, RevOps, SaaS, or automation services.
  • Experience working with clients from the US and Europe.
  • Experience preparing commercial proposals and sales presentations.
  • Experience with upselling and repeat sales.
  • Understanding of startup and mid-sized business needs.
  • Experience working closely with founders, CEOs, or technical teams.
  • Experience improving sales processes or Upwork proposal strategy.
