▪️About the role:
We are looking for an E-commerce Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to grow in international recruitment, work with global clients, and develop strong expertise in the e-commerce space.
This role is a great fit for someone who is proactive, organized, and enjoys building meaningful connections with candidates and clients
☑️You're a match if you:
✔️ Have 1+ year of recruiting experience conducting a full cycle
✔️ Speak English at B2+ — interviews & communication with the candidates and clients globally.
✔️ Understand people & business — and can spot the right profile fast
✔️ Are proactive, structured, and communicate clearly
✔️ Can work remotely with stable internet & reliable equipment
Responsibilities:
✅Hunt, engage, and convert top e-commerce talent — you’re the first touch, the storyteller, and the closer.
✅Source like a pro across job boards, LinkedIn, niche communities, and social platforms- wherever great candidates live.
✅Own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → interviews → assessments → offer stage → «Yes, I’m in!»
✅Work inside our CRM & smart systems to keep the process fast, smooth, and data-driven — and help us refine them as we grow.
✅Communicating with candidates & clients, gathering feedback, building trust.
✅Performance expectations: 🎯 Our typical benchmark is 2+ closed roles per month

💵Salary: 600$ for probation period, 800$ after probation + bonuces.
