Business Analyst - Junior/Junior Strong

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team. In this role, you will participate in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements, transforming them into clear and structured tasks for the development team.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and formalize business requirements.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and functional specifications.
• Communicate requirements to developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and task prioritization.
• Support the team during development by clarifying requirements and business logic.
• Document requirements, processes, and decisions in Confluence.
• Create diagrams, flows, wireframes, and other analytical artifacts.
• Monitor tasks in Jira and support QA during requirement validation.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst at Junior or Junior Strong level.
• Ability to understand business needs and transform them into clear development tasks.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and elaborating requirements.
• Experience creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and SDLC.
• Understanding of REST APIs, client-server communication, and integration principles.
• Ability to read API documentation and validate API behavior against requirements.
• Basic understanding of software architecture, integrations, and microservices.
• Experience creating documentation, diagrams, wireframes, or prototypes.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience with Figma, Miro, Draw.io, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.
