Middle/Middle+ DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a Middle/Middle+ DevOps Engineer to join our team and work on a range of exciting international projects.
 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (developing, maintaining, and scaling projects)
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, primarily EKS; familiarity with kube-spray is a plus
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure
• Experience setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Understanding of security hardening practices
• Familiarity with GitOps approach and practical experience with ArgoCD (not mandatory, but a significant plus — will be a core part of the infrastructure)
• Experience with Java-based applications is a plus
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cloud and/or self-hosted infrastructure
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCD
• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting systems
• Conduct infrastructure audits and analysis
• Perform security hardening of infrastructure and supply chain
• Support developers with their requests — new deployments, debugging, fixes, and related tasks
• Automate routine and complex project tasks using existing and new tools across the infrastructure
