Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React / None.JS) for FlexMade

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a long-term enterprise project focused on building and evolving modern cloud-based web applications used in large-scale business environments.

This role combines hands-on frontend and backend development using React and Node.js, participation in architecture discussions, and close collaboration with distributed international teams. The position requires strong ownership, solid engineering practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to scalable enterprise-grade applications, work closely with technical stakeholders, and help improve engineering quality and development standards across the project.

This is a full-stack engineering role with a strong focus on modern web architecture, cloud environments, and scalable application development.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js
• Good understanding of modern full-stack application architecture
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable web applications
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services
• Experience working with REST APIs and modern frontend-backend integrations
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with high ownership
• Ability to collaborate effectively within distributed international teams
• Ability to start immediately with no notice period
• Would be a plus:
• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications
• Experience with cloud-native architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
