Outbound Demand Generation Manager (Remote – Ukraine)

 

We’re looking for a hands-on Outbound Demand Generation Manager to build and run a full outbound pipeline system for a fast-growing US-based B2B data and AI company.

 

This is not a “button-pushing SDR role.” You will own the entire outbound engine—from lead sourcingto booked meetings.

We’re a B2B data and analytics company helping organizations modernize their data infrastructure and reduce cloud/data platform costs. We sell to technical and business decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise companies.

What You’ll Own

 

You will be responsible for designing and operating the outbound acquisition system end-to-end:

 

1. ICP & Targeting

  • Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICP)
  • Build segmented target lists (by industry, stack, company size, etc.)
  • Identify high-intent signals (tech stack, hiring, funding, cloud usage, etc.)

     

2. Lead Generation & Enrichment

  • Build prospect lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, etc.
  • Enrich and validate contact data
  • Maintain high-quality, deliverable lead pipelines

     

3. Outbound Execution

  • Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Build and manage cold email sequences
  • Manage inboxes, domains, and deliverability
  • Continuously test messaging and positioning

4. Optimization & Reporting

  • Improve reply rates and meeting conversion rates
  • Track KPIs (positive replies, meetings booked, SQLs)
  • Iterate fast on messaging and targeting

What Success Looks Like Within 60–90 days, you will have:

  • A repeatable outbound system generating qualified meetings weekly
  • Clearly defined ICP segments that convert to meetings
  • Consistent pipeline creation for US-based sales calls
  • Documented, scalable outbound playbooks


     

Who You Are We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in outbound B2B lead generation (US/UK/EU markets preferred)
  • Comfortable working independently without heavy structure
  • Strong with tools and automation (not manual SDR work)
  • Analytical—able to improve messaging based on data
  • Fluent in written English (important for copywriting outreach)

 

Bonus Experience

  • SaaS, data, analytics, or consulting lead gen
  • Pay-per-meeting or performance-based campaigns
  • Technical or semi-technical audiences (CTOs, VPs Eng/Data)

     

Compensation

  • $1,000 - $3000 /month depending on experience
  • Performance bonuses tied to meetings booked and pipeline generated
  • Fully remote (Ukraine or similar time zone preferred)
