Sales Manager (Fintech / Payments) - Chinese Market

We’re a fast-growing startup building an AI-driven payments ecosystem that is actively growing and expanding into new markets.

We’re currently looking for a Sales Manager who will help us grow in the Chinese market - with a strong focus on outbound and direct merchant communication.

 

What you’ll do

  • Drive outbound sales in the Chinese market (B2B, merchants)
  • Build and manage the pipeline from first touch to closing
  • Communicate with clients in Chinese and English
  • Translate and adapt product messaging for the local market
  • Work closely with the team to refine outreach and positioning

     

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has experience in sales (preferably fintech / payments / crypto)
  • Is fluent in Chinese (native or near-native) and English
  • Understands how B2B sales works (outbound, negotiation, closing)
  • Can adapt messaging to a specific market and audience
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
     

Nice to have

  • Experience with payment processing / PSP / high-risk industries
  • Existing network in the Chinese market
