Business Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the growth and development of the company's payment segment by finding new payment partners, negotiating deals, and launching effective payment solutions in key regions to drive revenue increase.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payment systems, fintech, e-commerce;
• Negotiating with PSPs;
• Drafting contracts, NDAs, and agreeing on terms;
• Analyzing performance metrics and proposing improvement strategies;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and find innovative solutions;
• Skills in working with Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Jira, Slack, WhatsApp, Teams;
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Experience working with the African region in payment solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Search for new Payment Service Providers (PSPs), research the African market for payment solutions;
• Find promising partners that meet the company's requirements;
• Negotiate fees, risks, and agree on legal, technical, and financial terms;
• Launch new payment methods and develop existing partnerships;
• Coordinate with the integration team and support processes until production;
• Facilitate communication between PSPs, technical teams, and internal departments;
• Review limits, reduce commissions, and implement new features;
• Analyze current PSP performance and initiate improvements;
• Monitor trends and competitors, suggest innovative solutions and alternative methods.
