Project Manager with qa and upwork Experience

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with hands-on QA experience and strong communication skills to join our growing team. Experience as a Business Analyst will be a strong plus.

Requirements:

1.5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT

Practical experience in QA (manual testing, bug reporting, test cases, understanding of SDLC)

Experience working with Upwork projects/clients

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience communicating directly with clients and managing project delivery

Strong task management and prioritization skills

English level: Intermediate+ or higher

BA experience (requirements gathering, documentation, user stories) will be a plus

Responsibilities:

Manage project workflows and coordinate development teams

Communicate with clients and clarify project requirements

Assist with QA processes and product quality control

Track deadlines, risks, and project progress

Participate in planning, sprint management, and team coordination

Help structure tasks and documentation

Nice to Have:

Experience with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools

Basic understanding of web/mobile development processes

Experience with outsourcing/outstaff projects
