• Active Sourcing: Hunt for top talent across LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, social media, and professional communities.
• Pipeline Management: Build, nurture, and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Advanced Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search, X-Ray search, and cutting-edge sourcing tools to find hidden gems.
• First-Class Outreach: Initiate contact and craft compelling, high-converting messages to passive candidates.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and discover creative new channels for talent acquisition.
• Data & Tracking: Manage candidate databases (ATS/CRM systems) and report on sourcing efficiency.

• Experience: 1+ years of proven experience as a Sourcer, Researcher, or Recruiter.
• Tech Savvy: Must have experience sourcing tech/IT professionals.
• Search Mastery: Strong skills in Boolean and X-Ray search.

• Communication: Ability to write flawless, catchy outreach messages that candidates actually reply to.
