Senior Lead Generation / GTM Engineer

Role Overview
This is a senior, technical, builder-first role at the intersection of GTM engineering, lead generation, data, and automation.
You are not a campaign manager.
You are a GTM systems architect responsible for revenue infrastructure.
You will own and scale the systems that generate pipeline — from data sourcing and enrichment to automation, CRM architecture, and outbound execution.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end GTM and lead generation infrastructure (tools, data, workflows, automation)
- Outbound engine: sourcing → enrichment → segmentation → outreach → CRM
- ICP definition, targeting logic, and segmentation frameworks
- Automation pipelines for prospecting, enrichment, and lead generation
- Funnel optimization and GTM experimentation
- Data quality, integrations, and performance tracking
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the GTM stack (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Design scalable lead generation workflows (sourcing, enrichment, scoring, routing)
- Build and maintain automated data flows across systems (APIs, no-code/low-code tools, automation platforms)
- Develop and optimize outbound systems (email, LinkedIn, multi-channel sequencing)
- Run structured experiments to improve conversion and pipeline performance
- Own GTM analytics: pipeline tracking, conversion metrics, and campaign insights
- Work directly with founders on GTM strategy execution and system design
Requirements
- 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Lead Generation, Growth Engineering, RevOps, or Marketing Ops
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven experience building automation workflows or data-driven systems
- Deep understanding of ICP, segmentation, and targeting logic
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
- Experience building or scaling outbound / lead generation systems
Experience with AI tools for GTM automation is a plus
