Product Owner

We are hosting the largest public online catalog of chemical compounds — over 11 billion compounds from suppliers from all over the world — and provide the researchers and procurement professionals with ultra-fast chemical and text searches for the best exploring and purchasing experience.

We combine expertise in chemical sourcing and procurement with one in building integration solutions for smooth and seamless ordering process. One of our main focuses now is building B2B products to cooperate with various Pharma companies.

We are opening a Product Owner position aiming to expand our business in SaaS model.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

1. Develop Product Vision:
   
    
   1. Engage closely with customers to define and continually refine the product vision, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives
   2. Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements
2. Manage Product Backlog:
   
    
   1. Create and maintain a comprehensive product backlog
   2. Prioritize backlog items based on value and strategic goals
   3. Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and ensure that the backlog is organized and actionable for the development team
3. Ensure Project Success:
   
    
   1. Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with customers.
   2. Monitor progress to ensure alignment with project goals and customer’s expectations
   3. Implement best practices to manage risks and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer satisfaction
4. Facilitate Communication:
   
    
   1. Serve as the main point of contact for product and project updates
   2. Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• Experience & Expertise:
• 3+ years in a similar role (Business Analyst/Product Owner)
• Experience with Jira Software
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology
• Skills & Proficiencies:
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency, with strong communication and writing skills in both Ukrainian and English
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and address complex business processes
• High attention to detail and strong responsibility
• Personal Attributes:
• A strong sense of ownership and pride in product development
• Capability to adjust to changing priorities and new challenges
