Product Owner

An international product company in the chemical tech and pharma solutions domain is looking for a Product Owner to help drive the growth of its B2B SaaS products and online marketplace platform.

The company is part of a large industrial group and develops a global online platform for researchers, laboratories, and pharmaceutical companies. The product hosts one of the world’s largest public catalogs of chemical compounds, helping clients across Europe and the US quickly discover, compare, and purchase materials for research and development.

The team is активно expanding its SaaS direction and building B2B products focused on procurement automation, integrations, and collaboration with global pharma companies.
 

📍 Location: Kyiv, hybrid format (Lisova metro station)
 

In this role, you will:
- Develop and evolve the product vision aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Communicate directly with customers and gather business requirements
- Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog
- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions with the development team
- Coordinate timelines and product delivery
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with customer expectations
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates and delivery status

We are looking for someone who has:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Jira Software
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work with complex business processes
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced product environment

Nice to have:

- Experience working with SaaS products
- Experience in marketplace, B2B, or procurement domains
- Understanding of pharma, biotech, or chemical-related industries
