SRE / DevOps-oriented L2–L3 SaaS Operations Engineer(Outstaff)

ZentixSoft is looking for an SRE / DevOps-oriented L2–L3 SaaS Operations Engineer ☁️
 

At ZentixSoft, we follow the "People over processes" principle. We are expanding our cloud infrastructure and technical operations direction for our international partners and are looking for a proactive engineer with an SRE mindset who excels at troubleshooting live enterprise environments.
 

Note: This is an Outstaffing role where you will join an international project, handling mission-critical SaaS operations while enjoying the full support and culture of ZentixSoft.
 

The Role: You will bridge the gap between application support and infrastructure delivery. Your primary focus will be on incident response, monitoring service health, identifying pipeline failures, and resolving production issues across containerized environments, managed databases, and authentication flows. We value engineers who bring a strong ownership mindset and proactively improve runbooks rather than just shifting tickets.

Our Expectations: 
🔹 Operations & SRE: Solid background in SaaS Operations, SRE, DevOps, or L2–L3 Technical Support under SLA-based environments. 
🔹 Infrastructure & Networking: Strong Linux troubleshooting skills, experience with containerized applications, and a deep understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP/S, TLS/SSL, APIs). 
🔹 Databases: Comfortable with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and managed DB services (handling backups, connection issues, and basic query-level investigation). 
🔹 CI/CD & Config: Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, troubleshooting failed pipelines, managing rollbacks, and handling environment variables. 
🔹 Auth & SSO: Solid understanding of Identity Providers (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML) and experience or readiness to work with tools like Keycloak, Zitadel, Auth0, or Okta. 
🔹 Communication: English level B2+ (upper-intermediate) for clear escalation flows and syncing with global stakeholders. 🔹 Note: Experience with Fly.io is a huge plus; Kubernetes is NOT required for this project.
