About the project:

We are migrating a diversified retail and distribution leader from on-premise systems to Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud. The project covers the full operational cycle, including finance, inventory, purchasing, and sales. We are looking for a specialist to manage the migration and provide ongoing operational support. You will play a key role in the transition, ensuring all business processes are correctly configured and stable in the new environment.

 

What you will do:

  • Own the configuration and maintenance of Business Central financial and operational modules
  • Lead the analysis of requirements to build concrete, working system solutions
  • Take charge of incident management to resolve production issues efficiently
  • Oversee and execute the full cycle of data migration and integration testing for production readiness
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and user adoption through direct communication

 

Does this relate to you?

  • 3+ years of hands-on D365 Business Central or NAV experience covering implementation, setup, and support
  • Hands-on expertise in LS Central with a focus on retail-specific modules and processes
  • Practical skills in data migration and integrations with a focus on risk mitigation and system stability
  • Proven ability to transform complex business requirements into functional system configurations
  • Proficiency in AI tools and Power Platform to automate tasks and optimize ERP operations
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications or experience with D365 reporting tools as a plus
